Washington and Lee Earns 9-0 Win Over Randolph Men’s Tennis Thursday Evening

LEXINGTON, VA – The Washington and Lee University men's tennis team, which came into the week ranked 22nd in the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) poll, knocked off visiting Randolph College 9-0 in Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) play Thursday afternoon.

W&L (4-2/2-0 ODAC) picked up all three doubles matches, forcing the WildCats (1-2/0-1 ODAC) to have to win five of the six singles flights. Unfortunately, Randolph was not able to make up any ground on the Generals, dropping the league bout.

Randolph is back in action this Sunday afternoon as the Mustangs of Stevenson University come to campus for a home match starting at 1 p.m. in non-conference action from the Randolph Tennis Courts.
