2017-2018: (Indoor) - Had several top 10 finishes ... in the 60 meters, took third at the Vince Brown Invitational ... improved his times throughout the season ... turned in an under seven second 60 meters at ODAC Championships in come in second place and set a new Randolph record ... was equally impressive in the 60 meter hurdles ... started the season with a second-place showing Finn Pincus Invitational ... followed that with a first-place result at Finn Pincus Invitational ... saved his best for last as he took gold at ODAC Championships ... was seventh in the region in both 60 and 60 hurdles at end of season ... was 10th in only long jump appearance with a leap of 20' 5" at Bast-Cregger Invitational ... ran the 200 twice and finished in 23.44 on both occasions. (Outdoor) - ran in the 100 and 110 meter hurdles ... took first in the 110 hurdles with a time of 14.80 at WildCat Invitational ... named ODAC Track Athlete of the Week after first and second place results in the 200 meters and 110 meter hurdles at Dr. Jack Toms Invitational ... took first in 110 hurdles at ODAC Outdoor Championships ... 10.79 time in 100 set new Randolph record ... finished ninth in region in 100 meters ... earned All-Region honors in 110 hurdles as he was fifth in that event with a time of 14.68 at Great Lakes NCAA qualifying meet.

2016-2017: (Indoor) – Had a big indoor season for the WildCats…competed at four meets and was one of the best…finished eighth in the triple and long jumps in the Bast-Cregger Invitational…finished second behind teammate Anthony Quinn in the 60-meter hurdles at the same meet…broke his own school-record in the 60-meter at the Liberty Kick Off in a time of 7.07…was outstanding at the Vince Brown Invitational, taking third behind a two DI hurdlers in the 60 hurdles in 8.31 (All-Region time) and ran 7.14 in the 60…was even better the next week…named ODAC Athlete of the Week after the Finn Pincus Invitational…set the school record twice in the 60-meter sprint, coming in second in the finals behind a DI athlete with a time of 7.01 (All-Region)…won the 60-meter hurdles going 8.42 in the prelims and 8.37 in the finals…missed the rest of the year.

2016: (Indoor) – Made a big impression in his first season…competed in more events than any of his teammates…ran short sprints, jumped, hurdled, and pole vaulted in his first season…set a career-best in the 60-meter hurdles of 8.69 at the SU Open, where he finished third…finished fifth in the event at the ODAC Indoor Championships with a time of 8.71…posted his best 60 time at the Vince Brown Invitational of 7.15, which was a new school record…earned points at ODACs in the 60 with a time of 7.18 and a sixth-place finish…finished fourth in the long jump at the Darius Dixon Memorial with a mark of 21’2.5”, which was a new school record…finished fifth at the ODACs in the event with a distance of 21’2”…pole vaulted 11’5.75” at the SU Open, which was good for eighth…earned the same place and points at ODACs with a clearance of 11’0.25”. (Outdoor) – Only competed at one meet because of an injury…finished fourth in the pole vault, 110-meter hurdles, and long jump at the Dr. Jack M. Toms Invitational…will look to have a big year after making major strides indoor.

Previous: Ran all four years for Lee-Davis High School...was a captain as a senior for the Confederates...helped the team win three state championships...won 20 all-conference awards, 12 all-region awards, was a three-time all-state performer...in 2015 was the 5A 11 Hurdle State Champion and was the 5A South Regional Champion.

Personal: Son of Sharmatee Mohabir and Darren Petty Sr...has two siblings...also played football in high school.
